Marie Callender’s Organic Corn Bread and Muffin Mix is full of irresistible flavor because we use only the finest ingredients. This restaurant-style corn bread mix is free from artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, trans-fats and saturated fats. It's quick & easy to prepare and always the perfect side dish. Just add 2 large organic eggs, 1 cup of organic milk and 1/3 cup of organic oil, then mix and bake. Makes an 8” loaf or 12 muffins.

What You'll Need
1 pouch Marie Callender's Organic Corn Bread Mix
1 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray 8-inch-square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs and oil. Add 1 pouch of dry mix. Whisk together until smooth.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool for 3-5 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
Corn Bread Muffins:
Spray 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray, fill cups 3/4 full with batter, bake for 15-20 minutes.
Skillet Corn Bread:
Lightly oil ovenproof skillet and place in oven as it preheats.
Carefully remove skillet from oven, add batter and bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
For more flavor and texture:
Add one DRAINED 15 OZ can of corn to the mix in step 2.
Mix corn and dry mix together until combined.
Add corn and dry mix to wet ingredients.
Stir until smooth.
